| The Woodbury Men's Service
Group invites you to join us on the final Saturday of each month at
8:30 AM for an hour-long informal breakfast and planning session.
Through this group, we provide opportunities for our men to grow in
Christ and to connect to one another and to our congregation at
Woodbury Presbyterian Church through fellowship, Bible study and
service. We actively seek to serve the members of our congregation. We have done so in the past through such projects as lawn beautification for the retirement community at the Fairways and assisting those who needed a helping hand with heavy moving and lifting. We were blessed ourselves in blessing those who benefited from these projects, and we want to thank those who participated. In the next few weeks we are looking for volunteers who are willing to help with the following needs: - church cleanup on Saturday, October 24 from 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM - raising the tent for the Fall Festival (around November 7) - building a manger for the live Nativity All of us are busy with work and family obligations, and we know your time is precious, but as Luke's gospel reminds us, “...from everyone who has been given much, much will be required.” We have so much, and we have been so blessed, please consider blessing others by joining with us and assisting in these projects.
