| Our Programs & Ministries Our programs and ministries are helping fulfill Jesus’ commands to Love God and love your neighbor. Please take a look and see where God might lead you to be a part. MINISTRY TEAMS › These are sometimes called ACTION teams and represent our mission of Adore, Care, Teach, Involve and Offer New Life. Also Included here are teams working to help support church operations, such as the Media Team. MISSIONS › Woodbury Presbyterian Church seeks to help share the love of Christ within the local community, as well as through an annual mission to our sister church in Mexico. LEARNING CENTER › Woodbury offers courses, such as the Explorer’s Course and The Alpha Course for those wanting to know more about Christianity and the life of Woodbury Presbyterian Church. Additionally, there is a well-equipped church library for those wanting to dig deeper. SMALL GROUPS › Small groups are where we meet to fellowship and to study God’s Word. Woodbury Presbyterian Church believes that small groups are a powerful means for building relationships, bonds of love and friendship in the Body of Christ. COMMUNITY › East Orange County residents can benefit from a number of Woodbury’s community service projects, including a Boy Scout Troop, a Saturday morning fitness program, a weekly teen program called, Y!Zone, and a twice-weekly Food Pantry to help people in need. YOUTH MINISTRIES › From pre-school age to seniors in High School, the children of Woodbury are learning what it means to be a Christian and how they can serve the Lord. MUSIC › If you play an instrument, sing, act, or dance, Woodbury has a variety of places where you can plug in and use your gifts and talents to worship God. Whether you love traditional hymns, gospel music, or contemporary praise music, there is a place for you in our music ministry. |
